Capreolus Fine Foods is a family-owned charcuterie producer in Dorset run by Karen and David Richards. Following artisan techniques they use local meat to produce a wide range of charcuterie. Their recipes have been developed with inspiration from traditional continental products but with a West Country twist. Capreolus has won numerous awards including eight separate products with 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards.
Capreolus is approved to the SALSA standard.
