Our products launched in May 2020, we have since featured on James Martin’s Saturday Morning ITV Show and as a small family business are proud to supply over 400 independents across the UK.
Our bronze drawn pasta is made using locally milled wheat flour (a unique signature blend - as Durum wheat is not grown in the UK), traditional artisan methods and packaged in striking 100% recyclable paper bags.
Robust in texture and with a beautifully wholesome taste our artisan pasta is on a completely different level to those mass manufactured pastas available today.
Our traditional techniques and gentle drying process create pasta that elevates a dish from great to superb.
We dry our pasta on racks overnight at low temperatures, allowing flavour to develop and the pasta to mature. Each piece is bronze drawn to give it the superb rough, sauce-clinging surface.
Our methods take two full days vs. mass-manufactured pasta taking just two hours - and you really can taste the difference!
A sustainable approach to a classic product, we run Yorkshire Pasta HQ on Solar Energy, are plastic free and all our products are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
